Oscar Pasinato is an internationally well-known Italian chef.
After he got his chef diploma, he started his career first in Padova near his home in Italy, then all around the world.
His love for food took him from Venice to Paris and London, New York and Puerto Rico and for the last 25 years in Asia, Japan, Thailand and finally Singapore his new home where he now run his own restaurant.
Oscar’s food is simple yet creative, original and based on good quality ingredients.
As he likes to say he cooks his own type of food, driven by a great deal of spontaneity.

Ghani is Singaporean, running AG Hospitality Services, He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Bahasa.
Giulio Saverino, is an passionate individual, highly respected in Asia for his F&B knowledge and as a Sommelier. Giulio graduated from the Hotel Management School of Pinerolo, Italy and has worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in Europe, Russia, Middle East and Asia. He is also one of the judges of Thailand's Best Sommelier Competition. He is a Restaurant operator owner but mostly a true Ambassador for craftsmanship with an amazing drive for superb quality.
